Assignment/Objective: The SPCA had an old, outdated and very cluttered website that had become a barrier to donations. In addition, their previous web designer had stopped returning their calls and emails.
I created a WordPress-based website to give them the ability to update the content themselves. The donation forms on the website are now easier to use and the online adoption form which requires an up-front $20 commitment is now split into 2 forms. Users are only redirected to the adoption form only if they pay their $20 adoption fee in the first form. This freed up the volunteer staff from having to email the adoption form to applicants after payment was made.
